Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In new, unused, and unworn condition.
- In its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories.
- Not a sale or clearance item (these are non-returnable).
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tieforever.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
How to Return Your Items
- Contact our customer service team at support@tieforever.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We will send you a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Securely package your return items with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Ship the items to the return address provided. You are responsible for shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Please note: Returns that are not authorized or do not meet the above criteria may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
- Refund Amount: Your refund will be the full price of the item(s) returned. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees on returns, as long as the items are returned in good condition.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@tieforever.com with pictures of the damaged item and your order details. We will offer a replacement or full refund for defective or damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased after the 30-day return window has passed
Shipping Fees
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
